Every week it collects in-person events from event platforms, community groups, industry bodies and conference sites, and rates each one 0 to 10 for your topics.

  3. Step 3

Get the best matches on Monday

One email a week with the events worth your time, grouped by city, with price, registration status and a link to register.

Why Event Radar

Rated for you

Every event gets a 0–10 rating and a one-line reason for each topic you follow, so vague titles like “Summit 2026” don't hide good events.

Checked before you go

Relevant events are opened like a person would: registration open, closed or sold out, the real ticket price, and the registration deadline.

Follow what matters

Follow an event to hear when registration closes, tickets sell out or the price changes. Hide anything you're not interested in.

In person, in your city

Only in-person and hybrid events in the cities you choose, from 3 days to 6 months ahead.

Frequently asked questions

What is Event Radar?

Event Radar is an event finder for people who don't want to miss relevant conferences, summits, meetups, workshops and hackathons. It watches event platforms, community calendars and industry bodies, keeps the in-person events in your cities, rates each one 0 to 10 for the topics you choose, and sends you the best matches every Monday morning.

Which cities does Event Radar cover?

It currently covers Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune and Kolkata. You can suggest another city when you sign up or later on your Interests page; once an admin approves it, events there are collected too.

Which topics can I follow?

You can follow these topics: Agentic AI / AI agents; Generative AI and LLM applications; SEO and search (incl. AI search, GEO/AEO); Digital marketing and martech; Marketing analytics, GA4, BigQuery, data engineering; Agile delivery; Startups and innovation; Google Ads and paid media; MCP and AI tooling integrations; AI governance / Responsible AI. You can suggest a new topic, such as a medical specialty, and once an admin approves it Event Radar will look for sources that list events on it.

Does Event Radar work outside India or for other topics?

Yes. A city anywhere in the world can be added once an admin approves it, and any new topic, even outside tech, starts a search for websites that list events on it. Coverage is deepest in India today, where Event Radar reads many local platforms and industry bodies. Elsewhere it starts with global platforms such as Luma and Meetup, plus any sources found for your topics, so the first weeks in a new city may bring fewer events.

Where do the events come from?

From public listings on platforms such as Luma, Meetup, KonfHub, Townscript, HasGeek and Commudle, from community groups such as Google Developer Groups, and from industry bodies and startup hubs such as Nasscom, T-Hub, HYSEA and TiE, plus flagship conference sites.

How does it know whether an event is still open?

For relevant events it opens the event page and its registration step, the way a person would, and records whether registration is open, closed or sold out, the ticket price (including member and non-member prices), and any registration deadline. Events that have ended or been cancelled are removed from your list.

Can I track changes to an event?

Yes. Press Follow on an event and Event Radar re-checks it each week until the date. Changes such as registration closing, tickets selling out or a price change appear in your weekly email. Press Not interested to hide events you don't want.

Does it include online events?

No. Event Radar focuses on in-person and hybrid events you can attend in your city.

How do I sign up?

Request an account, pick your topics and cities, and an admin approves it. You then get the weekly email and can see all your rated events on the website.
